 4.) Getting around the Art Portfolio:

The Art Portfolio has been broken down into works by years. By clicking a year, you will be taken to that year's gallery.

By clicking any linked image in the Gallery pages, you will be taken to that works individual page, which will show a larger image and the work’s information as well as a purchase option.

At the bottom of each gallery page is navigation to the other individual year galleries.

Once in the individual work’s page, next to each work, will be limited navigation, from here you will be able to navigate to the “previous” work, the year's gallery, the "Main"  Art Portfolio page, or navigate to the “next” image. 

5.) Is this a third party website representing Artist Dennis Flynn?

No; this is the actual Official Website of Artist Dennis Flynn.

This is a direct to artist website. The site is maintained and monitored by a third party.

6.) Are all art works framed?

Some works are already framed, most are not. If you have a preference, let us know at the time of purchase, otherwise works will be shipped “as is”, or at the Artist’s preference. If the work is already framed, it will be shipped that way. If the work is not framed, then it will be sent in a tube for the buyer to frame at their discretion.

If buyer specifies how they would wish to receive their work, every effort will be made to accommodate the buyer’s needs.

7.) I found the same work at another site for a different price, which price will I be charged?

Due to certain gallery display policies, you may find a different price at another site, or gallery, representing Dennis’ art works. If there is a buy price listed at that site and you are interested in purchasing from that site that is the fee that will be charged to you. Some of these sites may list a better price, but will redirect you to this site for purchase, in this case this site reflects the current cost of the individual work, and the current price is to be honored, not the third party site.

All prices at this site reflect current pricing, and the current pricing of works at this site is the sales, price. If work is not purchased at this site (such as; representing gallery site), then the alternative site’s price will be honored. I cannot comment as to whether it will be cheaper to buy through D. Flynn Studios or a third party site, as each gallery has their own price limitations and policies.

8.) How much is Shipping and Handling?

Based on the recommendations of the site builders, and for your ease of calculation, we have borrowed a web developer term to handle this; WYSIWYG (pronounced wizzy wig). Quite simply; what you see is what you get.

Or in this case; what you see is what you pay!

The prices reflected here is a total price, it is all you pay. All Shipping and Handling charges, as well as any taxes or export fees are included in the price, regardless of where you live, or where you would have the purchased work shipped.

Unless there is some sort of extraordinary circumstance that would prevent this.

If the price is $2,100.00 USD that is what you pay to receive the work.

There is no discount for picking up deliveries, all prices are set. You will pay the same in Santa Fe, NM that you would pay to have work sent to Tokyo Japan.

Certain exceptions to price may be made for multiple purchases.

9.) To purchase art works:

For your protection, and the fact that we do not wish to handle your private information, we have opted to utilize PayPal for your purchasing convenience, security, and privacy.

You are not required to have a PayPal account for purchases.

"Buy Now" buttons are available on the individuals art work's page, for your convenience.

If you are interested in the purchase of multiple works at once, please Contact Us directly, for possible special pricing.

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are accepted. Follow directions below.

To purchase any piece of work, please utilize the Form on the Contact Us page, and specify (be as specific as possible) what art work you are interested in, and your contact information, and you will be either contact by phone or e-mail.

10.) I wish to purchase more than one piece at a time, can I do this?

Yes. Purchases of multiple pieces can be made. These purchases are handled by Dennis on an individual case. If you would wish to buy more than one piece at a time, Please utilize the Contact Us form. In the body of the form specify which pieces of work you are interested in, and Dennis will e-mail you back with the pricing for your interested purchase. Multiple purchases are based on the precept of; the more you buy, the better the price.

Once a price has been determined, we can e-mail a PayPal invoice for payment, or other arrangements may be made during inquiry.

11.) When can I expect to receive my purchase?

This varies greatly. In most cases you can expect to receive your purchase within a few weeks of verified purchase.

In some cases the work maybe contracted to a showing. In this case the work will be shipped to you after the current showing where the work is exhibited. This could be as little as a few weeks to several months, depending on the agreement to show the work. Any work at a present gallery showing cannot be removed from the showing until the gallery terminates the program. Therefore some delays in your work arriving may exist.

You will be notified if the work is currently being exhibited, and an approximate date range for delivery to be expected. 

12.) Gallery Owners and Dealers:

Gallery owners and Dealers are welcome to make requests for Exhibitions and Consignment. All requests will be reviewed on an individual basis. Requests for slides, or digital media presentation, can be made available upon request.

13.) Can I come to D. Flynn Studios to see the individual works?

Yes. Private viewings at D. Flynn Studios can be arranged through Dennis directly.

As there is no actual gallery for D. Flynn Studios, only scheduled small private viewings will be allowed. All viewings must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advanced.

Any visitors must also understand that they are entering Dennis’ work environment. Therefore no gallery setting should be expected.
